You’ll work with young people between the ages of 5 and 25 providing extra support and shift cover in Break’s residential services for young people and those with disabilities, in our Staying Close, Staying Connected service - a pioneering leaving care offer, in our family assessment centre and at our disability short break centre. Two days are never the same in this role as you work across Norfolk and parts of Cambridgeshire to provide consistent care for service users. Salary - The current full time salary for this position is £21,821 to £23,246 per annum, depending on qualifications (maximum full time job rate potential is £23,246 per annum which is performance related).
